Greetings! St. John the Baptist Catholic School has been a constant source of faith-centered education in the Plattsmouth area for 130 years. Through the efforts of parents, parishioners, and our generous community, an education at St. John the Baptist School has been made possible for generations of students since its inception in 1884.

Our largest fundraiser of the year, the Annual Spring Dinner Benefit, is fast approaching. This year’s theme is “All You Need is Love” and is scheduled for April 25, 2015 with social hour beginning at 5:15 and dinner at 6:45. The fun-filled event includes both a live and silent auction.

We would appreciate your support in helping us promote this event on community websites and newsletters. I've attached a digital file of the invite as well as another graphic (All You Need is Love Heart Icon) that may be easier to use digitally.

Tickets are $65 per person and can be purchased thru April 12. Anyone interested in purchasing tickets can do so by contacting one of our event co-chairs:

This benefit concert is for MADELYN SHUMAKER, the grand-daughter of Murray Presbyterian's former pastor, Martin McDaniel. Maddie's grandmother, Anne, was a teller at Murray State Bank. Maddie is currently at St. Jude's research hospital in Memphis, TN. This benefit is to help her family with mounting expenses. Our thoughts are with Maddie and her family during this difficult time.
