The Plattsmouth Public Library had a cake decorating class for its popular Mentor With An Artist Program.  Among the students were Claire Uhe, Lizzie and Ellen Rice, and Gary Ryan.  Kari McCollum was the teacher and taught making roses, grass, and other decorations.  Not only was the class fun but the results were very tasty!  Every student had their own individual cake to decorate and eat.
